Quality Assurance

We follow a strict inspection regime to keep in pace with the soaring demands of customers in terms of quality. The main purpose of this inspection is for establishing and maintaining a rigid system for testing activities to ensure that finished product meets the specified customer requirements. We use this quality system procedure for all the products produced by our company. Our testing methodology includes inspection at the receiving stage, that is further followed by testing at in-process & final stage. We inspect & test all Capacitor Panels, Automatic Capacitor Panels, Electrical Capacitor Panels, Panel Cable Tray, Power Control Centre, Diesel Generation Sets, finished products as per the formulated Quality Plan & keep results well documented. Products that do not pass the inspection are then placed separately for rejection/modification.
